- Pass earns full weight, warn earns half, and fail earns zero.
- Every criterion requires source evidence; scoreVerified confirms deterministic recomputation.
- External PlatPhorm inputs are schema-validated before sending. Outputs are size-bounded and schema-validated; invalid or unavailable evidence stays degraded.

- Localhost, private IPs, link-local targets, credentialed URLs, and unsafe redirects are blocked.
- Report persistence is best-effort and reports honest degraded status when Upstash is unavailable.
- Future mutation, publishing, sync, reporting, and administrative actions require PLATPHORM_API_KEY.
