Corrections
If a report misstates an observed fact, please provide the smallest reproducible correction request.
Send the report URL, target URL, affected check, and the public response or route that demonstrates the correction to answerready@platphormnews.com.
Corrections distinguish target changes, stale evidence, provider limitations, parser defects, and rubric interpretation. A corrected report does not erase the original observation from an audit trail.
